Occupational health and safety is a guarantee of the Company’s successful development and the safety of workplace life and health of employees. It is a mega-important focus area in the gas industry. That is why GEO ALLIANCE ranks health and safety as one of the priority directions in its activities.

The World Day for Safety and Health at Work is celebrated on April 28. On the eve of the Day, GEO ALLIANCE Group traditionally conducts a series of activities at its production facilities. This year, on-site meetings were arranged with employees in the Makartsivske, Lutsenkivske and Koshevoyske fields and the South Berestivske license.

The HSE Department of GEO ALLIANCE Group prepared interesting learning and informative workshops as well as interactive quizzes for the employees and showed them thematic videos based on principles of preventing occupational risks and promoting safe and comfortable work environments.

Based on the quiz results, the most active participants who gave the most accurate answers got encouraging gifts. Also, on occasion of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work the best employees received commendations for their safety awareness and compliance with the workplace health and safety rules and regulations.

Oleksandr Kryvoglyad, GEO ALLIANCE Group’s HSE Engineer stressed at one of the meetings that “Such activities are aimed at learning, promoting and implementing global best practices of occupational risk assessment and management directly at the production facilities.
