Preservation of the environment during industry-specific operations is an important aspect of GEO ALLIANCE Group’s operations. We have a super-responsible approach and pay significant attention to this matter.
It is known that well drilling operations include several stages. The first stage is preparation of a land plot to rig up a drilling rig. The last stage is restoring the same plot to its initial state. These stages are called “technical reclamation”. They are always performed based on a respective reclamation plan developed by a specialized licensed organization. The plan is approved by the Ecology and Natural Resources Department of the Regional State Administration and by the Regional Department of the StateGeoCadastre. Based on the plan, the scope of topsoil stripping and relocation is estimated. Topsoil is stripped layer by layer, stockpiled and returned to its place once the well is constructed. After the completion of land reclamation, there remains a well servicing site, and the rest of a land plot is transferred to a land user.
GEO ALLIANCE has completed drilling operations on well #26 in the Lutsenkivske field in Poltava region. Technical reclamation of the wellsite is in progress right now.
Once the reclamation is completed, the land plot will undergo agrochemical re-certification process and be transferred to the land user to be used for the intended agricultural purpose.
