Organization of festivals in the communities in which our companies operate is integral to GEO ALLIANCE’s social policy. That is why LLC EASTERN GEOLOGICAL UNION from our Group supported an initiative of the local community and arranged the already traditional Shrovetide festivities in the village of Savyntsi (Poltava region).

Guests of the event – there were some 300 people – enjoyed the concert program, treated themselves with tasty pancakes and received useful gifts.

Those present were greeted by Serhiy Proshchenko, a representative of GEO ALLIANCE Group:

“Every year we hold this festival with you as part of the Company’s social policy under the slogan “We work responsibly”. Very soon now, the first well drilled in the Koshevoyske field will be tested. The well is one of the deepest wells in Ukraine. We hope for a good result. It will bring additional funds to budgets of the district and village councils. I am sure that the money will be spent on improvement of the community wellbeing, development of the infrastructure, social projects. We are here for long; we will work with you for many years to come. I am confident that you will keep supporting us and our joint initiatives.”
